How can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
You may change your membership in account settings at any time. If upgrading from a monthly
plan to a yearly plan, any time remaining in the monthly membership at the time of the
upgrade will be prorated into the cost of the yearly membership.
What is the difference between FSI Pro, FSI Macro, and FSI Digital Assets?
Here at FS Insight we offer Macro research and Digital Assets research. Our pro plan is a
combination of both our Macro and Digital Assets research. If you are not interested in
following crypto, our macro plan is the best plan for you.
Can I pay the yearly fee in installments? Do you have a buy now, pay later option?
We are able to offer our yearly membership at a slight discount to our monthly membership for
those interested in paying for the full year upfront. If you are looking for monthly
installments, please check out our monthly plans. We do not currently offer a buy now pay
later service.
Can I cancel my membership?
- You may cancel your membership at any time in account settings. Cancellations must be
made
prior to the end of the 30 day billing cycle in order to prevent the next recurring
charge.
Memberships not canceled before the end of the 30 day billing cycle will automatically
renew,
starting a new 30 day billing period. We do not provide refunds for memberships canceled
after the renewal date.
- You may cancel a yearly membership at any time in account settings. Similarly to our
monthly
memberships, yearly memberships must be canceled prior to the end of the 1-year billing
cycle. At the end of the 1-year billing cycle, memberships automatically renew for
another
1-year billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for memberships canceled after the
renewal
date, nor do we provide partial refunds for yearly memberships canceled sometime in the
middle of the yearly term.
Can I pause my membership?
At this time we do not offer a pause membership functionality.
Do you offer any discounts or promo codes?
In addition to our free trial-month promotion, we also offer competitive pricing on our
yearly memberships for those willing to commit to a yearly membership up front. In addition,
we offer a “Friends and Family” referral program, in which you will receive a discount on
your membership for every referral who joins as a paying member (your referee gets a discount

Here at FS Insight, we allow just one account per user. You may change the email address you
receive research to here.
Can I share my login credentials?
FS Insight accounts are designed for one login and one user. If you are looking to purchase a
membership for multiple users, please reach out to us here.
How can I update my payment method?
You may add or delete a payment method, or select a new default payment method in account settings.

What is the difference between FS Insight and Fundstrat?
Both FS Insight and Fundstrat provide readers with institutional-grade, evidence-based
research from our team led by Tom Lee. However, Fundstrat is intended for institutional
clients. At a considerably higher price point, it comes with direct access to Tom and our
other research heads. This can take the form of phone consultations, in-person meetings,
bespoke research requests, and appearances at client events.
